What are some good deer proof plants?

What are some good deer proof plants? We have them roaming around the hills where we live and often they visit when we do not want them to. Is there any other way to keep they away like a scardy cat does for birds?

I have attached a list of plants that show the most deer resistance. In addition to planting appropriate plants, we have found that the Liquid Fence repellent is very effective, even when applied as a perimeter spray. As with most wildlife, however, the best way to protect your garden is with absolute exclusion using walls or fencing.
