Feijoa Smoothie & Feijoa Sauce recipe

Feijoa Smoothie

• 2 feijoas
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream or yogurt
• 1 tablespoon honey

Cut feijoas in half and scoop out the flesh, put into blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until frothy.

Simple Feijoa Sauce

• 4 feijoas
• 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Cut feijoas in half and scoop out the flesh, add to blender. Add remaining ingredients pulse until smooth. Good with meat or chicken — or can be used as a glaze for ham.
